Wasyte tyre recycling equipment process:

Put the waste tyres or plastic in to our machine, after catalyzing and heating the tyres are dissociated to gas steam.  After cooling ,gas is condensed to tyre oil .The left non-condensate material come  back to reactor and burn up. After the furnace ,the carbon black is automatically come out .

The raw material for waste tyre pyrolysis plant as follows:

1. Industrial waste, allow multiple waste mixed simultaneously(more than 70%,but suggest  PE, pvc less than10% )

2. Waste oil. Example : waste machine oil, waste oil and diesel slag etc.

3. Waste rubber tyre.

4. Waste cable skin(suggested offer first dealing with chlorine refinfing)

5. Waste PMMA(Methyl methacrylate)

6. Waste tyres ( big truck tyres or bicycle tyres,)
